Is your food full of it?

How do you know if the food you're about to eat is high in salt?

The answer is to look at the label. Lots of foods list the amount of salt they contain per 100g. Enter this figure below, plus the amount you're going to eat, to find out if your food is high, medium or low in salt.

Calculate

Remember that the amount you eat of a particular food affects how much salt you will get from it.
