The Boots Company plc recall Christmas gift-packed chocolate truffles

The Boots Company plc. has recalled two types of chocolate truffles sold in their Christmas product gift range, due to mould contamination of the filling.

The Boots Company plc has undertaken a product recall. Product recall notices are being displayed in all stores. In addition the company has written a letter to all customers who have used the store�s Advantage Card when purchasing one of the affected products to request that they return the truffles to their nearest Boots store.

The products recalled are:
Boots Delicious Lemon & Raspberry Flavour Chocolate Truffles, in a Victorian Style Mini Hat Box.
