Food sampling video for enforcement officers

The Agency has produced a video for food law enforcement officers on food sampling.

The video, which has been sent to all local authorities in the UK, covers the principles of sampling for analysis/examination of food and can be used along with other Agency guidance material on sampling. The video has been produced as part of the Agency's low cost training programme for local authority food law enforcement officers and we trust it will be a useful training aid for officers and will stimulate useful debate within local authorities.

A checklist which can be used as required was issued with the video. All enforcement officers who view the video should be given a copy of the checklist for future use.
