Food Safety Week 2010

Food Safety Week 2010 focused on the actions that people can take at home to prevent food poisoning from camplyobacter: cooking thoroughly and avoiding cross-contamination.

We developed a new campaign toolkit containing key messages, ideas for running events in your local area, a template press release and a list of resources.

New resources, including recipe cards incorporating food hygiene messages and a food hygiene quiz were developed to be handed out or used as part of an event or presentation.
