Survey of food hygiene standards in UK food establishments
A survey was conducted by the Food Standards Agency in 2005 to establish a baseline for establishment compliance with food hygiene regulations. In 2007 a follow-up survey was conducted by ADAS UK Ltd on behalf of the FSA to build upon the previous survey.
